Our primary goal is to insure that . We focus on creating a plan that will insure that clients are able to maintain all hygiene and grooming when applicable to promote a continued healthy lifestyle.
Our team is trained to assist with any activities of daily living and support any additional needs provided by outside care providers. Any physical/occupational therapy exercises that are required at home are included into the daily routine of the clients. To support health maintenance
We believe that consistency is key to maintaining good health. While we are not able to dose medication we make it an active practice to insure that medications are taken on a regular and consistent basis in partnership with the clients family/friends.
Our team works to insure that companionship and activities are provided to the clients. By keeping them active and engaged we are able to assist in reducing the loneliness and tendencies to withdraw from society that often come with aging
We ensure any areas the client occupies on a regular basis are clean, organized, and free from potential fall risks or hazards. This includes but not limited to laundry, linen and bed changes, and washing client dishes.
